Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and the claim review forms on it, operated by Claimified ("Claimified", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

What Claimified is — and is not

Claimified is a marketing and case acquisition company. We collect claim review requests and connect the people who submit them with participating law firms and attorneys who may be able to evaluate their claims.

• Submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Claimified, or between you and any law firm.
• An attorney-client relationship is created only when a law firm agrees to represent you and you sign that firm's written agreement.
• Information you submit through this site is not privileged or confidential attorney-client communication.
• We do not decide whether you have a case, what it is worth, or which attorney takes it.

This site and the campaigns on it may constitute attorney advertising in some jurisdictions. Any law firm you are connected with is solely responsible for its own services, fees, and advertising.

Who may use this site

You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to submit a form. If you are submitting on behalf of someone else — a family member, a minor, or the estate of a person who has died — you confirm you are legally permitted to provide their information and to give consent to be contacted about it.

Your submissions

When you submit a form, you confirm that:

• The information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• The phone number and email address you provide are yours, or you are authorized to give them
• You are providing your electronic signature, which has the same effect as a handwritten one, to the consent shown on the form
• You agree that your submission, including the consent you gave, may be recorded and retained as described in our Privacy Policy

Submitting false information, or someone else's information without authorization, is a breach of these terms.

No guarantee of any outcome

We make no promise that your claim qualifies, that a law firm will accept it, that it will result in a lawsuit or settlement, or that you will recover anything. Past results described anywhere on this site do not predict the outcome of any individual case.

Calls, texts, and emails

By checking the consent box on a form, you expressly consent to be contacted by Claimified, its participating law firms, and its authorized marketing partners at the phone number and email address you provided — including by autodialed and prerecorded or artificial-voice calls and by automated text message — even if your number is on a federal or state Do Not Call registry, where permitted by law.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Message and data rates may apply. You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us at Claimified01@gmail.com or (701) 997-1892.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information
• Use automated means to submit forms, scrape, or overload the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any system connected to it
• Interfere with the site's operation or security, or introduce malicious code
• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms

We may refuse, suspend, or remove any submission and may restrict access to the site at our discretion.

Intellectual property

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Claimified name — are owned by Claimified or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from the site without our written permission.

Third-party sites and services

The site relies on third-party services and links to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, practices, or terms. Your dealings with a third party, including any law firm you are connected with, are solely between you and that party.

Disclaimers

The site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, or accuracy.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that information on it is current or complete, or that any submission will be received, delivered, or acted on.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claimified and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity — including any claim that is lost, delayed, devalued, or time-barred — arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any submission, whether based in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims relating to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Claimified and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of information you submit, your use of the site, or your breach of these terms or of any law or third-party right.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Claimified maintains its principal place of business, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Any claim relating to the site must be brought within one year after it arises, to the extent that limit is permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Claimified regarding the site.
